Introduction to Crime NCD Co., Ltd. Processing Technology Center

Two new 5-axis machining machines have been introduced to strengthen contract processing of prototype parts! Introduction of the Machining Technology Center.

In the spring of 2007, we established a processing technology center to focus on "machining centered around simultaneous 5-axis processing." Utilizing our expertise in NC data creation, we began creating high-value-added data using 5-axis control CAM. We have introduced advanced 5-axis machining centers and are committed to developing methods that maximize the characteristics of 5-axis processing. We will continue to refine cutting-edge 5-axis processing technology for shapes where the required precision (functionality) cannot be met by 3-axis processing. 【Newly Introduced Models】 ■ HERMLE C42U-MT ■ Mazak INTEGREX i200s *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Technical Data: Basic Knowledge Series on Copper - Vol. 7

What is a Machining Center (MC)? Differences and advantages of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers are included!

In metal processing, various specialized machines are used, among which the "machining center (MC)" stands out particularly. The machining center is a representative machine in the world of metal processing that can handle everything from drilling to flat surface milling through programming, and it can also perform complex machining such as curved surfaces. However, for those who are not deeply experienced in the industry, there may be many things that are not understood. This document provides a detailed explanation of machining centers and introduces the differences between 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines. Please feel free to download and take a look. [Contents (partial)] ■ Introduction ■ What is a machining center (MC)? - NC device - ATC - Tool magazine *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-Speed Bar Machining Center MGP150

A processing equipment that can automatically perform a series of required processes from milling, drilling, to trimming!

MGP is a processing equipment specialized in machining long aluminum extrusions, such as stringers, which are aircraft components. It is capable of automatically performing a series of required processes, including milling, drilling, and trimming. The aluminum extrusions used in aircraft come in various cross-sections, such as T-shape, H-shape, and Z-shape, but the Auto Reverse function allows for completion of processing in one cycle. Currently, gantry-type processing machines require a large number of clamps and fixtures to accommodate different shapes, which takes considerable time for workpiece setup. However, by using and sharing manufacturer-developed jigs, setup changes can be made in a short time with only program modifications. ■ Features The spindle moves only in the Z-axis and Y-axis directions, while the X-axis direction is fixed. Chuck 2 and Chuck 3, located on the inside of the chuck, move only for workpiece clamping/unclamping and rotation, with the X-axis direction fixed. Chuck 1 and Chuck 4 feed the workpiece in the X-axis direction. Since the workpiece is always supported by three or more chucks during processing, high precision can be achieved.
